A team of talent, an office of technology

Dr. Sai Gandham has been providing glaucoma and cataract care in the Capital Region since 1997.Our office contains advanced diagnostic and laser treatment equipment to diagnose and treat glaucoma early and accurately, before extensive damage has been done.

When surgical treatment is necessary for glaucoma, cataracts, or other eye diseases we perform procedures at the South Clinical Campus surgery center of Albany Medical Center. Glaucoma laser treatments include Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty and YAG iridotomy

Besides routine eye examinations and conditions we provide treatment for include:

  * Eye infections

  * Inflammation of the eye

  * Uveitis

  * Conjunctivitis

  * Dry Eye

As clinical faculty at Albany Medical College we also enjoy training both residents and medical students.

Diagnostic Equipment includes: GDx Retinal Nerve Fiber Layer Analyzer, Digital Optic Nerve Photography, Humphrey Visual Field Analyzer, Frequency Doubling Technology Field Analyzer, and Ultrasonic Pachymeter.
